LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-performance building materials, delivering premium products to homeowners, builders and contractors. They are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to join their digital team! Headquartered in Chicago, IL, our client offers a dynamic, collaborative work environment and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, industry-leading organization.

In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and meet business objectives. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other search engines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search best practices, campaign strategy, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive quality traffic and conversions
• Write compelling ad copy and test various messaging to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests on ads, keywords, landing pages and extensions to continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition) and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Regularly optimize campaigns to enhance performance, reduce costs and increase overall effectiveness

Paid Search Specialist Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with hands-on experience in online advertising platforms (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong knowledge of paid search strategies, including keyword research, bid management and ad copy optimization
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other campaign tracking tools
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Please note this is a contract to permanent opportunity and the client operates on a hybrid work schedule. Their office is based in the West Loop neighborhood.
