The County of Edmunds is seeking a responsible individual for the full-time position of Highway Blade Operator. This individual will report to the Edmunds County Highway Superintendent and work out of the Ipswich or Mina area. Individuals will be responsible for and able to maintain roads, and other county property by the operation of maintainers, tandem trucks, material spreader, front-end loaders, sweepers, rollers, packers and oil distributors for road maintenance and repair. Candidate must have possession of and maintain a valid SD commercial driver’s license (CDL), with special endorsements as required for jobs. Salary is $24.66 per hour and includes benefit package. Employment is conditional upon a drug/alcohol test.
