This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level designer with strong UX and UI capabilities who can translate complex problems into intuitive, visually compelling experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working end-to-end — from research and wireframing to interface design and handoff — and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Position Overview

The UX Designer will play a key role in shaping and refining user experiences across web and mobile initiatives. This individual will be responsible for crafting clear, user-centered design solutions rooted in research, usability principles, and modern interface design. The role requires a balanced hybrid of UX and UI design skills, with the ability to flex in either direction depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
  • Create polished, scalable interface designs aligned with brand standards and accessibility best practices
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and user-centered solutions
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for the best user experience
  • Support design documentation, component usage, and handoff to engineering teams
  • Iterate quickly based on testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional UX and UI design experience within digital product teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across UX flows and high-fidelity UI
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
