Tax Associate – Direct Hire | Richmond, VA

MAGNIFY is partnering with a growing Richmond-based firm to hire an experienced Tax Associate for a direct hire, long-term opportunity . This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership on complex S-Corp and Individual tax matters in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review S-Corp and Individual tax returns in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Analyze financial documents and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Support new client onboarding and resolve tax-related inquiries.
• Stay current on evolving tax regulations and filing requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of tax preparation experience required (S-Corp and Individual).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with a high volume of client communications
