Could it be you? **About the role** As a Business Analyst, you will make an impact by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and implemented. You will be a valued member of the consulting delivery team and work collaboratively with business users, development teams, and clients. **In this role, you will:** + Integrate Global Mobility processes into workflows and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations. + Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications. + Create and manage user stories and epics aligned with Agile methodology using JIRA. + Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve issues between business and technical teams. + Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables before deployment. **Work Model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Washington, DC. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. **What you must have to be considered** + Strong understanding of Global Mobility policies and workflows (must-have). + Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments. + Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and issue tracking. + Excellent documentation skills for processes, user stories, and epics. + Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. + Strong communication and analytical skills. **These will help you succeed** + Familiarity with HR or relocation processes. + Experience facilitating workshops and Agile ceremonies. + Knowledge of compliance and process documentation best practices.
