Senior Project Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Sr Project Manager to serve on large scale, well funded enterprise data projects. You will support many waterfall and agile projects. The focus for this PM is to manage data governance and migration projects!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage reporting and data governance initiatives within SAP SuccessFactors, with emphasis on:
• Story Report development
• Report Center restructuring and cleanup
• Role-Based Permission (RBP) configuration
• Deliver high-quality reporting solutions and support Employee Central (EC) integrations.
• Drive strategic planning for future reporting enhancements and system improvements.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices.
• Serve as the primary communication link with HR, IT, and analytics stakeholders to align reporting needs and priorities.
• Provide day-to-day direction on reporting requests, workload management, and prioritization.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, status updates, and recommendations related to reporting strategy and system stewardship.
• Lead and contribute to projects such as:
• Story Report creation and optimization
• Report Center restructuring and cleanup initiatives
• EC integration support and related reporting activities

This is a 3-month contract with high opportunity to extend. This Position is hybrid, 3 days in office. Excellent opportunity for a long term contract, located in Midtown with close access to MARTA. BRAND NEW OFFICE BUILDING! Paid parking, several new amenities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 7+ years Project Management experience
• Scrum Master experience
• Strong experience working on data governance projects
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Data domain experience; familiarity with Data Governance principles, Teradata, and Databricks
• Agile/Scrum experience (kanban/scrum highly prefered)
• CSM Certification
• Must have SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting
• Experience supporting agile and waterfall projects
• Experience creating Jira boards
• Experience engaging with 3rd party vendors
• Experience writing requirement documentations - You will be required to write project documentation and be able to speak to the requirements with the business.
• No job hoppers (most contracts should be a year plus)
• Excellent communication skills and very consultative

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Teradata and AWS Databricks is a plus!
• PMP Certification
• SAFe Agile experience
