Salary: Upton $130,000 + 25% Bonus
Actuarial Summary:
The Senior Associate serves as a trusted lead on health and benefits client engagements, balancing client service, project management, revenue generation, and practice development. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality actuarial work, mentors junior team members, and actively contributes to cross-functional initiatives within the office and broader region. The Senior Consultant also drives business development for health and welfare consulting projects, including identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
