As a Remote Data Entry Representative, you’ll help keep project information accurate, updated, and accessible for our entire team. What you enter impacts scheduling, billing, reporting, and day-to-day decision-making, so your work plays a real role in keeping construction projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Enter project data, invoices, schedules, and internal notes into company systems with a high level of accuracy

• Review submitted documents for errors or missing information and follow up when needed

• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all records are organized and up to date

• Process updates from managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Assist with basic reporting and weekly data audits

• Communicate with team members through email and messaging platforms to confirm details or clarify information

• Follow company data-handling and confidentiality guidelines at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks

• Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple assignments

• Solid typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Experience in data entry, admin work, or clerical support is a plus

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, consistent remote working setup

• Strong written communication — clarity matters when working remotely

• Comfortable following structured workflows and meeting daily/weekly deadlines

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report to our Operations Support Team and collaborate closely with project coordinators, accounting, and office management. Your role is remote, but you’ll still be connected with the team through regular check-ins and communication channels.
