We’re hiring Behavioral Health RNs to join our inpatient and crisis teams in Tucson, AZ. These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks , giving you stable, consistent scheduling and real work–life balance.

• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift (3×12)
• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No rotation. No last-minute changes. Just stability.
Compensation & Benefits
