Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for predictable scheduling, supportive leadership, and meaningful work? We’re hiring Behavioral Health RNs to join our inpatient and crisis teams in Tucson, AZ. These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks , giving you stable, consistent scheduling and real work–life balance.

Available Shifts

Day Shift (3×12)

• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift (3×12)

• Three consecutive 12-hour shifts

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

No rotation. No last-minute changes. Just stability.

Compensation & Benefits

💲 Starting at $42/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units
• Support individuals through detox and crisis stabilization
• Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with discharge planning and resource coordination
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
• Document all care and interventions accurately in the EMR
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)
• Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules
• Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
• Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
