We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of initiatives within our Data & Analytics organization.

This role will operate across multiple programs and requires someone who thrives in fast-moving, transformational environments.

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Conversion)

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will drive execution across several key project categories within Data & Analytics, including:

Health Plan Initiatives

• Projects triggered by changes to health plans
• Work is largely contained within the Data & Analytics organization
• Strong healthcare familiarity is highly desired

Enterprise Transformation Initiatives

• Broad, cross-functional, org-wide change efforts
• Examples: Teradata → Snowflake migrations, BI tool consolidation
• Exposure to large-scale business transformation is important

Cloud Infrastructure & Data Enablement

• Tech-driven projects with heavy IT focus
• Examples: New data ingestion pipelines, on-prem → cloud migrations

Quality & Regulatory Reporting (STARS/HEDIS)

• High-visibility deliverables central to organizational success
• Involves sensitive, regulatory-driven data initiatives

Project Manager—someone who brings:

• Strong practical project management abilities over purely technical skills
• Excellent communication & leadership presence, especially with senior leadership
• Accountability, ownership, and strong follow-through
• Ability to excel in dynamic, evolving environments (not rigid or repetitive structures)

Preferred Experience

• Senior-level IT Project Management
• Estimation, demand planning, and resource management
• Background in healthcare, especially health plan or regulatory reporting projects
• Proven success managing cross-functional and enterprise-level initiatives

We are prioritizing Senior IT Project Managers with experience in Health Plan and Enterprise Transformation work.

Once resource needs crystallize, the role may pivot to other project categories.
