FS Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates – Picker/Packers!

Location: Mountaintop, PA

Pay: $18+/hour

Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
• Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
• Proactively address workflow issues to keep operations running smoothly

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience (picker/packer preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience
• Experience in a 3PL or fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting
