Operations Manager – Commercial Roofing

Full-Time | $135,000–$150,000 per year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field and project operations across multiple commercial roofing projects
• Lead scheduling, manpower planning, equipment allocation, and material management
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Coach and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field teams
• Partner with leadership to streamline systems and improve operational performance
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor job costs, KPIs, and project performance to support branch profitability
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of Senior Project Management experience in commercial roofing
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR, metal, coatings, waterproofing)
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA certification a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required
