Pay Range: $17/hr - $18/hour without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)
Job Description:
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while providing technical support for hardware, OEM software, and proprietary applications.
We’re looking for tech-savvy professionals who enjoy helping others, communicate clearly over the phone, and can learn new systems quickly. Prior help desk or call center experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a passion for technology are highly encouraged to apply.
