Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide to provide quality care and support to our clients in Saline, MI. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in their homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring to prevent falls and injuries
• Provide companionship to reduce social isolation and promote emotional well-being
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers with accuracy and care

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Two forms of valid Ids
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Saline, MI
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings
