This role involves managing front desk activities, facilitating student transitions, maintaining attendance records, and providing general administrative support to staff and leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years of office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and database systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
