Job Description

We are looking for experienced techs who can get to work on time and get the job done right the first time. We do commercial cleaning, in-plant area rug cleaning, and Emergency water jobs. Weekdays are our base, but we do work across all hours as jobs demand (day/evening/night). Weekend work rotates as needed. On-call for flood calls is mandatory and paid extra. Pay Perks: • $20–$22 per hour with 2+ years of experience • 401(k) with company match • Company outings • Solid equipment, steady workload, supportive crew • Real growth path if you want it Responsibilities: • Perform carpet cleaning (truck-mount/portable). • Tile & grout cleaning, VCT/LVT strip & wax, honing and polishing natural floors. • Handle emergency water extraction, set/monitor drying equipment, and light tear-out when required. • Walk sites, set expectations, protect surfaces, complete work, QC, collect signatures if needed/photos, and close out notes in the app. • Keep the van stocked, the equipment clean, and customers happy. Qualifications: Must-Haves: • 2+ years of real field experience is required. • Can lift/move 60lbs and work on your feet. • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. • Phone-friendly for work orders and photos. • Live close enough to reach Tampa Bay flood calls in 1 hour when on call. • Comfortable with variable weekday hours and some rotating weekend hours. Nice-To-Haves: • IICRC certs (WRT, CCT, VMT). • Experience leading a helper or running solo.
