Events & Brand Ambassador (Community Marketing & Lead Generation)

This is a paid position. Salary commensurate with experience.

Mainstream Home Improvement is hiring an Events & Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at community events, local neighborhoods, and active job sites. This is a people facing role focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. There are clear opportunities for growth as our marketing and showroom presence expands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, starting conversations, and turning interactions into real opportunities!

What You’ll Do

• Represent Mainstream at home shows, festivals, fairs, and community events
• Engage homeowners and generate high-quality leads for free consultations
• Conduct neighborhood outreach near active job sites to drive local awareness
• Capture before-and-after project photos for marketing and brand use
• Serve as a polished, professional brand ambassador in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with homeowners and the public
• Outgoing, professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Basic smartphone photography skills
