Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Baltimore, MD. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing ABA treatment plans, providing direct therapy to clients, and training and supervising RBTs and other staff. The BCBA will also work closely with families to provide support, conduct regular progress updates, and coordinate care with other professionals to ensure continuity and efficacy of treatment.
