Preferred Skills
• Above-average communication skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners, and vendors such as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ERP support teams, and Oracle DB architects.
• Strong experience with cybersecurity principles, including threat mitigation, vulnerability management, and secure configuration practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and SD-WAN technologies for optimized cloud and network performance.
• Proficiency in Oracle Linux administration and supporting API-driven solutions for seamless integration.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Strong expertise in backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity across hybrid and on-premises environments.
•Previous experience supporting retail infrastructure and applications are highly desirable.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator) and Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and/or 7+ years of related IT work experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of Systems Administration experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Minimum of three (3) years of network engineering work experience
• Preferred Microsoft Certification: AZ-104
